DROOL is a VC backed direct-to-consumer (“DTC”) business that sells curated, museum-grade art prints and frames to customers around the world. Our mission is to become the world’s most progressive destination to discover and shop unique contemporary art prints. 

Last year we drove 400% profitable revenue growth taking us from 7 to a strong 8-figure revenue run rate. This year we are on track to continue this rapid growth and we are looking for a current / former management consultant who is keen on driving forward one of the most important components of our strategy.

Job Summary

We are seeking an outstanding Head of Strategic Partnerships to drive business growth by scaling our artwork marketplace and developing new revenue streams, including B2B and omni-channel strategies.

This role is highly cross-functional, collaborative, and strategic. We’re looking for big picture thinkers who are excellent both at developing and selling a vision and being highly detail-oriented to ensure flawless execution. The right person balances systematic thinking, data-driven reasoning, and scrappy tenacity with a passion and eye for delighting consumers - and ideally has a creative intuition as well. It is a unique opportunity to operate at scale, with the speed and agility of a small start-up. You will be part of the Senior Management Team (SMT), report to the Founder and work closely with multiple stakeholders, including creative, performance marketing, operations teams. You will be a foundational, key leader in the business as it continues its rocketship growth.

Artwork Marketplace Strategy (Initial Focus):

  • Devise and execute a strategy on artist and artwork acquisitions that drive revenue
  • Own the strategy around our artwork collection, combining data analysis with curation alongside our creative team
  • Build and scale out a new in-house artwork production function, ensuring a consistent flow of original, brand-aligned artwork
  • Oversee outreach, proposals, contract negotiations, and onboarding processes for new artist collaborations

B2B & Omni-Channel Strategy:

  • Build and launch go-to-market (GTM) strategies for B2B offerings, including wholesale and marketplaces
  • Develop scalable frameworks for omni-channel growth across wholesale, retail, and marketplaces to diversify revenue and expand reach
  • Test, refine, and optimize new channels and partnerships for maximum market impact

Strategic Leadership:

  • As part of the Senior Management Team (SMT), act as a key leader in the business, shaping strategic decisions and identifying growth opportunities
  • Manage and mentor an existing Brand Associate, ensuring alignment with your strategic goals and supporting their professional development.
  • Where necessary, build and scale a team to execute your strategy effectively and support business expansion
  • Must have 2+ years of experience as a management consultant in a top firm
  • Ability to both "sell" to potential partners and negotiate effectively, thinking quickly on your feet
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics capabilities
  • Must be a poised, professional communicator
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Experience leading high stakes marketing projects as a mid-level member of a management consulting firm, or have comparable years of experience in industry focused on cross-brand partnerships, licensing, and/or sales
  • Must possess strong leadership experience or demonstrate clear leadership potential
  • Experience building clear, high impact materials (i.e. presentations)
