Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources department and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of driving HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.
Position Title: Home Care Marketing Representative
Job summary: The Home Care Marketing Representative is responsible for developing True Care’s private client census by establishing and maintaining key relationships in the industry to expand the company’s network and source client leads on an ongoing basis. He/she is the key member of our Private Client division’s Business Development team and facilitates a steady flow of referrals that will increase patient census, as well as brand and company awareness.
Responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain key relationships with referral sources that have private pay eligible clients
- Develop relationships with new strategic referral sources regularly to ensure continuous business development for assigned territories
- Participate in community events and gatherings that can result in the division’s business expansion
- Utilize multiple platforms to support business development initiatives including digital marketing, campaigns, and in person meetings and events
- Provide brand awareness for all specialty lines of care in the Private Client Division
- Tracking activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with healthcare partners to expand the department’s outreach opportunities and initiate census growth
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth starts for all new clients referred that start care
- Liaison between referral source and the client and/or point of contact as needed
- Guide clients and/or point of contact through the initial start of care process, using experience to provides clarity and safety for the client
- Follow up on all leads throughout the onboarding process as needed
- Participate in strategy meetings to creatively designate and Build partnerships to attract new referral sources and clients in the industry to the company
- Setting up face-to-face meetings with qualified prospects
- Attend community events as needed
- Schedule and present information about True Care’s programs and services to the community organizations, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing homes, independent living facilities, planning boards and other healthcare professionals
- Utilize marketing strategies and techniques to attract new clients
- Develop compelling and concise outreach materials and presentations that will be useful and appropriate for private client marketing
- Demonstrate a thorough and complete knowledge of the agency including our vision, mission and values; the services we provide; and how we differentiate ourselves from other home care agencies
- Maintain professionalism throughout all interactions as a representation of True Care in the field
- Provide monthly reports showcasing business development activities, referral source updates, special projects and initiatives, ROIon outreach efforts
- Perform other related marketing duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- College degree in related business field is preferred
- Knowledge and experience within the Home Care Private Client sector is an advantage
- This role requires up to 75% travel within New York City. Having a car is required
- Bilingual in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with computer applications; Salesforce, Excel
- Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Be self-driven with business development goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Clean, professional image, behavior and demeanor are expected at all times
- Maintaining standards of high quality customer service
