POSITION

Allspring Global Investments Marketing & Communications Team is seeking an International Marketing Consultant to join our International Marketing Team.  Reporting into the Head of International Channel Marketing, this role will provide critical support for email campaigns, events, internal and external digital content platforms, data analysis and reporting, and other tasks related to the execution of the EMEA and APAC Channel Marketing strategy.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, maintain and execute marketing emails using SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for distribution across multiple countries and client segments.
• Deliver regular reporting and KPIs for recurrent, campaign-related and ad hoc SFMC emails.
• Provide support for events and webinars, including invitations and post-event communications.
• Work with the central digital team to ensure campaign web pages are updated on a regular basis.
• Provide support on the creation of new campaign web pages, working closely with the content, digital and brand teams.
• Support the Head of International Channel Marketing and the social media team on social posts.
• Work with the central digital team to track and report activity on the international pages of the Allspring website, ensuring data is accurate and delivered in a regular timeframe.
• Support sales enablement through updating and enhancing the International Seismic profile with key content and information for the International client group.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of marketing or digital experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant marketing/financial services/asset management industry experience including a basic understanding of clients across the EMEA and APAC regions, investment industry dynamics, and marketplace trends
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Deliver insights through data analysis
• Ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations and perform basic design work in Stensul and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
• Experience working with Seismic is a plus
• Experience in helping to support organizing events in both physical and digital environments
• Interest and experience in digital marketing
• Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels, in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, open-minded, proactive and cooperative personality
• Structured work style, be confident working autonomously but like to be part of a team
