About the Role
Roku Advertising is looking for a senior digital marketer and team leader to help develop digital strategies and bring Roku campaigns to life across our owned and earned channels.
This person will spearhead the strategy behind our digital channels and be a key partner in ensuring Roku Advertising campaigns come to life. The successful candidate will be a leader on the demand generation team and will interface with colleagues in brand marketing, content and campaigns, analytics, sales marketing, corporate marketing, events, and comms.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $157,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to bring our campaign goals to life across web, email, paid media, CRM, and more.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns inclusive of ABM, direct marketing, sponsorships, partner marketing, etc. to achieve campaigns goals (e.g. awareness, lead generation, brand growth)
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to align marketing initiatives and bring to life what’s possible throughout the digital customer journey, from awareness through to retention
- Manage budget and allocation across paid media channels, ensuring campaign goals are met
- Lead a team of full-time employees and agency support to ensure on-time delivery and constant improvement
- Be or become an expert in our tools and tech stack - including GA4, Pardot/Salesforce, web CMS, and major ad platforms - and how they are best utilized
- Manage and develop a roadmap for the growth and development of our digital channels, particularly for the website and CRM/Email
- Partner with the Campaigns & Content team to ensure campaigns have appropriate objectives, media mix, timelines, and KPIs. Partner to ensure content is aligned to social, keyword, and SEO strategies.
- Lead on key digital investment areas, such as integrating new tools and spearheading measurement integration paths like pixels and conversion APIs
We're Excited If You Have
- 10+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
- Prior experience owning in-house marketing and digital channels
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, who is capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling strategy.
- Deep analytics experience across digital channels and history of optimizing campaigns for business growth. Proven experience on campaigns that have met or exceeded goals.
- Fluency in key digital marketing trends, like website management, SEO optimization, marketing analytics, and CRM tools
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, navigate competing priorities, and effectively adjust work plans to respond to emerging challenges or opportunities.
- Obsessive about deadlines who won’t hesitate to remind collaborators about every program milestone.
- Familiarity with TV streaming (sometimes referred to as CTV or OTT) a plus but not required.
- B2B marketing experience a plus but not required.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Biased toward action.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
