Corporate Marketing Assets: Create and maintain core marketing materials such as decks, sales support documents, and one-sheets.

Event Planning: Lead the planning and coordination of industry-facing and client events, managing branded materials and swag.

Social Media: Manage Captivate’s social media channels with engaging content and regular performance reporting.

Website Management: Update and enhance website content, ensuring a seamless user experience with new posts and pages.

Content Marketing: Develop blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and other initiatives to strengthen Captivate’s voice in the market.

Product Rollouts: Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, communicate, and execute new product and feature launches.

Partnership Initiatives: Oversee rollout of industry partnerships, including positioning, asset creation, and external communications.

Brand Visibility: Support PR efforts, including press releases, newsletters, award submissions, and B2B advertising campaigns.

Client Engagement: Drive client retention and appreciation through gifting, barter programs, and strategic communications.

Internal Communications: Assist with internal messaging to foster alignment and engagement across the organization.
