Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, the Manager, Performance Marketing will be an experienced, end-to-end performance marketer comfortable in both leading and executing digital marketing strategy to drive growth and retention in partnership with cross-functional team including ecommerce, creative and merchandizing, as well as handling day-to-day strategy to support execution across relevant platforms and technologies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced performance marketer and must possess a depth of knowledge in ecommerce and digital best practices including a general understanding of campaign reporting and analytics.
Key responsibilities of this role includes: serving as an agency point-of-contact overseeing day-to-day digital marketing execution across omni-channel efforts, manage paid media across all channels (PPC social, search, display) in partnership with media agency, able to work in a fast paced environment and extremely comfortable with data to drive strategy and performance. In addition, this role will work along-side the brand counterparts and will be responsible for sharing weekly performance reporting across all active digital marketing channels and implementation of best practices to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
Paid Media:
- Work in partnership with Vice President, Digital Marketing to execute paid media strategy
- Develop overall performance marketing product and creative strategy across digital channels in partnership with site merchandizing, email/sms team, and brand marketing teams across brands
- Manage day-to-day relationship with paid media agency, ensuring that targeting, budget spend, and campaign execution recommendations are in-line with brands’ strategy and target audiences
- Oversee existing campaign performance ensuring it’s tracking toward campaign KPI goals and make optimization recommendations to ensure positive ROI
- Partner with larger brand marketing teams to assist in leveraging digital marketing to achieve brands’ goals
- Develop overall marketing testing plan across all digital channels
- Manage day-to-day asset creation, delivery, and approval process for all digital assets needed to support campaign execution as well as larger global marketing calendar
- Partner with Licensed Brands on ad hoc campaign requests to support regional and brand goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand voice and overall media strategy is carried through on all paid digital channels
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to drive the business forward and ensure media campaign performance is achieving goals
- Own monthly billing and budget reconciliation across brands
Overall:
- Support ad-hoc projects and activities as required
- Remain inquisitive and up-to-date about industry advancements including AI, new channels, technology trends, and best practices
- Monitor competition marketing campaigns and provide suggestions for Movado Group Brands accordingly
- 3-5 years’ experience in performance marketing with proven successes
- Experience working hands to keyboard in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, SA360, DSPs, TikTok Business Manager, Microsoft advertising, et al required
- Experience with enterprise level CRM systems is beneficial
- Experience working with and managing digital marketing agencies required
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in the overall marketing mix
- Experience in luxury, fashion or accessories verticals a plus
- Prior experience creating weekly/monthly campaign performance analysis required
- Excellent communication skills and working with cross functional teams
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines
- Strong commercial eye and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive self-starter with ability to use own initiative
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
