We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing/Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with business objectives and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives and marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.
  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Optimize digital ad spend and budget allocation to achieve the best ROI.
  • Create and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners to enhance campaign efforts.
  • Assist in content creation, including blog posts, email marketing, and social media posts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, paid search).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video production or content creation.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics.
  • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
