Description

The Marketing and Automation Executive is responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. This role involves managing marketing automation platforms, creating and optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and build enhancements to advance innovation of our digital marketing processes and marketing tech infrastructure 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer retention programs.
  • Manage and optimize martech platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Wordpress, Salesforce).
  • Segment and manage contact lists to ensure data integrity and data hygiene.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Serve as the go-to analyst on the marketing team to create reports/dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing KPI tracker, etc. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in marketing and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience in B2B marketing. 
  • Must live within commutable distance of our London office and commit to being in 3 days a week
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom now and in the future, without visa or sponsorship requirements
