Role Overview 🔎

As Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimising our marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will support content creation, website management, event planning and email marketing initiatives to generate awareness and demand in our products here at Orbital. Working collaboratively with our Marketing Director and Senior Product Marketing Manager, this is an exciting time to join Orbital as the business expands, offering new opportunities to contribute to our continued growth – both here in the UK and in the US. 

Key Responsibilities

• you’ll be responsible for the smooth running and execution of virtual and in-person events both in the UK and US, handling logistics and follow-ups to maximise engagement and success
• with a strong interest in AI's role in the real estate and legal sectors, you’ll create, edit and publish high-quality, brand-consistent content across various formats, leveraging AI for efficiency while collaborating with our in-house domain experts
• you’ll maintain and optimise website content for engagement and SEO, collaborating with designers and developers while tracking performance for continuous improvement
• you’ll develop and execute targeted email and social media campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive event and content promotion
• you’ll announce and promote new customer partnerships through coordinated website updates, social media posts and testimonials
• you'll support the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns, assisting with data analysis and reporting to measure performance 
• you’ll use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, leveraging customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the context of professional services
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with brilliant written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the broader aspects of the Marketing function, as it scales 
• US Marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
