Zayo Europe seeks a creative and skilled Content Manager to lead our content creation efforts. This role will focus on developing engaging, high-quality content to support our brand presence, thought leadership, and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop content across various formats, including presentations, product collateral, customer case studies, thought leadership pieces, and other Zayo Europe-branded materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Marketing) to create assets aligned with our brand vision and New Logo initiatives.
Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to brand messaging.
Regularly update and maintain content libraries for ease of access across departments.
Monitor content performance metrics to optimise future content strategies.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the telecom, technology, or B2B sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in content management systems, Microsoft Office, and creative software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
Regularly update and maintain content libraries for ease of access across departments.
Monitor content performance metrics to optimise future content strategies.
