The Role:
At Amplifi, data-driven growth strategies are central to achieving our ambitious business objectives. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive customer acquisition and retention to lead to revenue growth. In addition to identifying new opportunities, you will focus on optimising growth within our existing customer base through targeted marketing initiatives and backend decisioning enhancements.
Your responsibilities will span across critical growth initiatives, including leading customer research efforts, optimising end-to-end customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch impactful projects. You’ll lead the ideation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns. You’ll analyse data to uncover opportunities and work closely with tech and product teams to refine and expand our digital offerings, including app-based initiatives.
This role is perfect for a commercially minded, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bridging the gap between strategic marketing efforts and actionable operational insights. You will collaborate with colleagues in credit risk, operations, product, and technology teams to deliver measurable results.
