2016, we have dedicated ourselves to solving the negative impact a cashless
society is having on the charity sector. By harnessing the power of contactless
technology, our products are helping some of the UK’s biggest charities receive
up to 85% more in donations. Together, we are shaping the future of
fundraising.
We are
growing fast. We have got over 1,500 clients on our books and helped over 1
million donors make a contactless donation. This year, we are planning to take
our company global with a whole range of new products and services. We have got
big ambitions, and we need a Marketing Executive to help us achieve them.
Where you
come in
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive
to join the GoodBox team and expand our current market reach. You will be
responsible for overall delivery of the outbound digital marketing and brand
strategy.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who has ideas
and brings a creative approach to digital marketing mixed with attention to
detail to manage and deliver the go to market brand and commercial voice. You’ll
be an experienced B2B marketeer who has previously worked in a start-up or
scale organisation, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech organisation.
You’ll have an eye for design and detail with
an entrepreneurial mindset to push your ideas and concepts over the line. Given
the nature of the role you will have excellent copywriting and written
communication skills, with a track record of driving organic growth through
various social media channels.
The Role
- Ownership
and day to day responsibility for the GoodBox; website and online presence,
various social media channels, content management, brand guardianship, assets
including photographic imagery, PR and Corporate Communications
- To use
methods such as: HTML email and/or traditional mail; below-the-line
advertising; social media; competitions and discounts to drive sales interest
and promote our product and brand.
- Track and
deliver defined KPI’s including Customer Acquisition Cost, and Marketing
Qualified Leads.
- Work with
internal teams to research content needed for marketing materials and develop
case studies.
- Collaborate
with key business stakeholders to ensure the required sales materials are available
and delivered as required.
- To come
up with creative and innovative content and analyse the impact of all direct
and indirect campaigns.
- To
develop customer and prospect customer journey communications, including
newsletters and emails to manage the scheduling and tracking of these.
- Act as
the key point of contact for external suppliers, including designers and
website developers.
- Work with
Senior Management to forecast and manage Marketing spend and budget
- Provide
weekly update reports to Senior Management aligned to agreed OKR’s and KPI’s.
- Implement
and leverage ZOHO to work toward the automation and tracking of Marketing KPI’s
- Work to
define and deliver automated customer journeys as part of a lead generation
strategy.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Tracking
and recording of a digital marketing strategy including – SEO and various PPC
channel
- Managing
and partnering with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders/teams
- Confident
relaying business information clearly, concisely and with creative flair
- Strong
copywriting skills
- Ability
to lead and deliver on a variety and varied set of projects
- Professional
working knowledge of HootSuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Search Console,
Adobe and ZOHO
- Experience
managing multiple and varied campaigns
- A
thorough knowledge of various social media platforms
- Knowledge
of fundamental advertising/branding techniques
- Ability
to contribute creative and innovative ideas
