We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Executive to support and drive marketing initiatives for a dynamic and growing fitness brand with multiple sites.

This position is ideal for a motivated individual, who is looking to develop their marketing experience and who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about building meaningful customer relationships, delivering engaging content, and driving brand visibility.

● Salary: £20,000

● Working Hours: 20-25 hours p/w - opportunity for the role to develop and grow.

● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

• The Head of Marketing 

The Role...

The Marketing Executive will report directly to the leadership team, working across various marketing channels and initiatives to enhance brand presence and support business goals. This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same, with responsibilities spanning from digital marketing to event coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

Brand Partnerships
  • Identify and research potential brand partners, leveraging synergies to enhance event experiences and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiating collaborations and securing sponsorships for activations and events.
  • Collaborate on co-branded campaigns to expand audience reach and drive mutual value.
Social Media Strategy
  • Plan and schedule social media content across platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, to ensure a consistent and engaging presence.
  • Create compelling posts, stories, and reels that reflect the brand’s tone of voice and aesthetic.
  • Analyse performance metrics and engagement rates to refine strategy and maximise reach.
Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor trends, campaigns, and initiatives within the boutique fitness and wellness industry to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.
Customer Research
  • Design and distribute surveys and feedback forms to gather customer insights and satisfaction levels.
  • Analyse feedback to inform decisions on campaigns, events, and service offerings.
  • Present findings to the team, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
Event & Activation Logistics
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing activations, including sourcing materials, organising printing, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute events that resonate with the brand’s target audience.
  • Manage event promotions, ensuring clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
Ad Support
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Track ad performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimisation.
Wider Marketing Support
  • Support the development of email campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communication efforts.
  • Maintain a calendar of marketing activities, ensuring all campaigns and events are well-organised and timely.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.

The Person...

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for the wellness industry. You will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the success of a growing brand.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Preferably some experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media, partnerships, or event planning.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Later).
  • Basic graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries is desirable but not essential.
