Job Description

As our new Marketing Executive, you'll drive the success of sponsorship programs for face-to-face and digital events in the thriving biotech industry. You'll be at the heart of our EBD and LSX sponsorship teams, creating connections that fuel the life sciences ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute digital marketing campaigns that generate leads and boost awareness
  • Team up with sales to align marketing efforts and provide powerful sales enablement support
  • Create eye-catching marketing materials - from landing pages to event signage
  • Write compelling copy that engages and persuades across various channels
  • Manage email campaigns from strategy to execution using Adestra
  • Keep sponsorship materials fresh with up-to-date stats, profiles, and testimonials
  • Design visually striking content to enhance brochures, proposals, and digital assets
  • Organize and maintain easily accessible collateral for the sales team
  • Use Salesforce.com to track campaign performance and manage client data
  • Lead our LinkedIn strategy, boosting visibility through engaging content and community interaction
  • Conduct competitive research to refine our approach and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide the sales team with insightful reports and tailored campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Analyse digital campaign performance, measuring impact and optimizing through A/B testing

Qualifications

  • Excellent detail orientation, with a tenacious approach to solving problems and figuring things out.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience managing or supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), familiarity with CRM is helpful.
  • Highly creative with excellent copy writing and visual marketing skills.
  • Email marketing platform knowledge and a basic understanding of HTML.
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or events
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Adestra and Salesforce
