Kamma is a hybrid company, offering flexibility with a 24/7 central London office available to use. While much of this role can be done remotely, we expect team members to be in the office weekly to foster collaboration and team spirit. During onboarding, there will likely be additional in person time required to get up to speed ASAP.

What is the role?

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to take charge of our content, campaigns, and lead-generation efforts. Reporting to our Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll own our social channels, drive a consistent content calendar, and contribute to demand-generation tactics that deliver real results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and executing our content calendar, from social media posts to blogs, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality content.
  • Taking full ownership of our social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn, to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Writing high-quality copy for a variety of formats, including blogs, client decks, and white papers.
  • Designing engaging content in programmes like Figma/Canva—such as graphics, reports, and presentations (don’t worry, we’ll help you up-skill if needed!).
  • Supporting demand-generation campaigns by contributing creative ideas and executing tactics that convert MQLs into SQLs.
  • Analysing campaign performance and sharing insights to improve our approach.
  • Ad hoc tasks and support on preparing client deliverables (e.g., data reports).

  • Have exceptional written English and a knack for crafting compelling copy.
  • Bring a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on delivering polished work.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Love working in a small team and believe collaboration beats ego every time.
  • Have an interest in property, climate, tech or data (even better if you can demonstrate it!).
  • Bonus: You have demonstrable design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar) or data literacy to add an extra edge.

This role isn’t for you if:

  • You’re not comfortable with ambiguity or working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re looking for a role where you’re not hands-on or don’t want to roll up your sleeves.

Our Interview Process:

  1. Talent Screen - 30-40 mins - A video call with a member of our Talent Team.
  2. Task - 1-2 hours - We will ask you to research and write a short piece of writing.
  3. Team Interview - 1hr - A deep dive into your skills and experience.
  4. Founder Interview - 30 mins - Values based interview with Kamma’s Founder Orla Shields.
