Marketing Leader

Our client is a growing eCommerce portfolio company looking for a driven and creative Marketing Leader to join our team as our first internal marketing hire. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and make a significant impact on customer acquisition and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook / Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Drive results through influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and creative collaborations.
• Create and oversee compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
• Collaborate to optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns (experience here is a plus).
• Analyze campaign performance, test strategies, and scale what works to maximize ROI.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ads, influencers, and content creation.
• A creative thinker who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven decisions.
