The Marketing Manager – Demand Generation, UKI will own the end-to-end demand generation and marketing experience involved in building a high-performing growth engine for the suite of Trintech software solutions in the UK and Ireland.

This role will lead UKI marketing, with a focus on driving quality lead generation and marketing pipeline across field marketing and digital channels, working closely with key stakeholders from Sales, Partner and Customer Success teams.

The Marketing Manager develops marketing plans and campaigns and oversees the design, orchestration and delivery of lead generation programs, while reporting and acting on results.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Director - Demand Generation EMEA based in London and is part of the EMEA Demand Generation team within Trintech’s global marketing function.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead UKI demand generation strategy and manage the implementation of go-to-market plans to meet marketing-generated pipeline goals
  • Generate qualified leads from both new and existing accounts across multiple vertical markets
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Partner and Customer Success teams to execute multitouch marketing campaigns, covering webinars, events, content, advertising and social media
  • Partner with the wider Marketing Team, Partner and Sales Teams to produce or repurpose campaign-related assets such as industry briefs, guides, eBooks, web updates and social media
  • Drive local customer case studies, press releases, customer events and communications
  • Track, measure, and communicate campaign results and budgets, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new best practices through experimental efforts
  • Support or lead marketing activities in other regions as required

 WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years experience executing B2B cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to generate marketing pipeline from field and digital marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working successfully with sales
  • Strong resource and time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude. Self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems
  • Data driven mindset and the ability to drive action from insights
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, advertising, analytics and website platforms
