Broadwick Spaces is a business that is composed of three divisions: Broadwick Spaces, Broadwick Partner Spaces and Spaces & Stories. The Broadwick Spaces division includes venues we own or lease and host client events as well as music and culture. The Broadwick Partner Spaces includes venues we manage or operate with external partners; they focus on client hires. Spaces & Stories is a venue portfolio sales agency.

What we’re looking for: 

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing large-scale campaigns, driving growth, and supporting the team to deliver creative, data-driven marketing solutions. 

You will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring the team delivers high-quality content, brand awareness, and digital growth. You will act as the primary marketing leader, ensuring seamless collaboration across the team and other departments. 

What you’ll be accountable and responsible for: 

Marketing Plan Development & Execution  

  • Contribute to the definition of the marketing plan in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, ensuring its effective delivery and monitoring to grow our brands and generate quality enquiries for the sales team to convert. 
  • Execute creative marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, loyalty, and generate high-quality enquiries, overseeing projects from development to launch. 
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the brand across all marketing communications. 
  • Deliver engaging communication plans across all relevant marketing channels, including email marketing, to drive brand awareness and loyalty. 

Campaign & Brand Execution  

  • Implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions. 
  • Ensure content production supports our portfolio of venues and services, driving enquiries and conversions. 

Digital Marketing & Performance  

  • Collaborate with the team to execute and optimise digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. 
  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine digital strategies, enhance user experience, and maximise ROI.
  • Manage social media channels to effectively engage audiences and enhance brand presence. 
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, applying innovative approaches where relevant. 

Cross-Department Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with sales, development, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities across all touchpoints. 
  • Collaborate with the Design team to create engaging content that presents our brands to the highest standards, driving sales enquiries and conversions.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and company goals. 
  • Manage relationships with Heads of Spaces and other team members to ensure alignment and contribution to the marketing plan. 

Performance Tracking & Reporting: 

  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion rates. 
  • Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and make informed adjustments. 
  • Track performance and monitor key metrics that align to marketing objectives. 
  • Capture and analyse data to create actionable insights, informing and adjusting the marketing plan as needed. 
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective execution and strong ROI. 
You’ll Need To Have: 
  • Proven experience in executing and managing marketing initiatives across various functions (content creation, digital marketing, brand execution). 
  • Strong experience in implementing multi-channel marketing strategies. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across teams. 
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for staying up to date with marketing trends and applying innovative strategies to drive growth. 
Nice to Have: 
  • Experience in marketing for venues, events, or cultural spaces. 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). 
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
