Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and collaborative marketing professional to own Alto's lead generation strategy. As the Marketing Manager, Audience Acquisition, you will focus on attracting and converting estate agents across the UK through targeted paid search and social media initiatives, as well as managing all social media activity, both paid and organic.

You'll work closely with sales, product specialists, and the wider marketing team to develop and execute strategies aligned with a defined product roadmap. Combining your expertise in digital advertising, campaign management, and social engagement, you will be critical in driving leads, increasing social presence, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation via Paid Media: Develop and execute a robust lead generation strategy focused on paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage Alto’s organic and paid social media activity to increase brand presence and audience engagement.
    • Campaign Execution and Optimisation: Plan, execute, and continuously optimise digital campaigns to achieve KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, and CPL targets.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
    • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to align on goals, develop lead nurturing strategies, and create tools for successful lead conversion.
    • Product and Brand Alignment: Collaborate with product specialists and brand teams to craft messaging and creative content tailored to audience needs.
    • Market Trends and Insights: Stay ahead of social and digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and estate agent needs to continuously refine marketing approaches.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on paid search and social media management.
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and social scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Experience managing both paid and organic social media strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
  • A results-driven mindset, ready to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tech/saas industry or working is a bonus.
  • Exposure to or experience with ABM strategies is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in or with a digital agency.
