The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, sales pipeline growth, and revenue for the company. You will manage third-party resources, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company’s objectives. While the role will not initially have line management responsibilities, as the department grows, the aim is for this role to eventually line manage and develop a Campaign Manager.
A key requirement of this role will be to utilise HubSpot proficiently to support and optimise marketing and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of HubSpot and possess strong technical B2B marketing expertise, with proven experience in creatively directing design projects to maintain brand consistency across campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic B2B marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
- HubSpot Management: Oversee and manage HubSpot workflows, including automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing processes to optimise customer acquisition and engagement.
- Team Management: While this is initially a stand-alone position, eventually you may lead and mentor the Event Campaign Manager, ensuring their campaigns align with overall business objectives. Coordinate with third-party vendors, particularly design, for creative and branding projects.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that target key customer segments, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel to conversion.
- Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and ROI providing insights and making data-driven adjustments to improve results. Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets.
- Increase speaking opportunities: Work alongside the regional manager and technical sales teams to increase the number of invitations to present at industry events and associations, enhancing the company’s visibility and positioning in the market.
- Some working knowledge of Hubspot is essential, along with other CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content channels.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage event logistics effectively.
- Ability to analyse data and present actionable insights to stakeholders, on ROI
Qualifications
- Higher level education (MSc or equivalent) in Marketing (Desirable)
- Educational qualifications to Degree Level or equivalent (Essential)
- Demonstrable Hubspot Courses, or relevant working knowledge (Essential)
