Job Description

AES is a consistently growing company providing marketing, advertising and consulting services to large national companies and corporations. We identify and develop new stream of revenue for clients through on-site promotions, innovative marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. We create and execute these campaigns to each clients researched target market.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Working on campaign management and development
  • Coaching team members on how to master sales and leadership skills
  • Developing marketing strategies to drive sales performance for our clients
  • Own all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning and key implementations

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written
  • Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow up on tasks.
  • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Prefer minimal 2 years customer service, retail or sales experience
  • Good sales/communication skills
  • Ability to build professional working relationships with retail staff
  • Training experience
  • Mentorship abilities
  • 1-2 years of management a plus
  • Reliability
