As a Marketing Manager within our newly-formed brand marketing team you'll create engaging campaigns across a range of media and partnerships which engage members to collect Avios and open a world of Remarkable Rewards for all.
You'll have a varied role covering campaign planning and delivery, measuring campaign effectiveness as well developing test and learn strategies to optimise future activity
You'll get the opportunity to work with key brands like Nectar, The Wine Flyer and Uber to name just a few.
This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working across a range of marketing channels - offline and online - and wants to work across the full campaign lifecycle
You'll create detailed campaign plans for your partners, designed by audience and including channel and media recommendations
You'll oversee the delivery of compelling multi-channel direct campaigns and communications, from briefing through concept development and creative, through to artwork, production and media buying
You'll ensure campaign targets are in place and agree relevant testing
You'll work closely with the Transformation Team to understand latest strategy, tools and methodologies that can be utilised for future campaigns
What we need from you 💡
You're a B2C marketing professional ideally with a partnership marketing background, particularly in travel or loyalty sectors
You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and use insights to optimise future campaigns
You'll have experience across different marketing channels, including digital and offline, understanding the purpose and strategy of each media mix
You have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams (data, product, commercial) and external partners e.g. agencies
You're comfortable presenting to a range of people and are keen to contribute to strategic quarterly business reviews
You only want to focus on your to-do list; we’re a small, high-performing team, we help each other to succeed.
You value perfection over fast iteration and progress; IAG Loyalty moves fast, we learn and iterate as we go; our environment isn’t right for everyone.
You’re looking to create but not build; this is an end-to-end role, you need to be comfortable owning your space, from ideation through to delivery and review.
