Job Description

About the Position: 

As a dynamic, growing and recognized firm, we seek and experienced, motivated and hardworking professional who wants to make a career in marketing and all elements included in brand and reputation management. 

Primarily Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)- Assist the Marketing Director (wide range of ever changing projects), marketing reporting (analytics/ call tracking/ social media/ recycling/ campaign), and Email creation and list management. Must be able to help manage the organization and creation of multiple websites as well. 

Secondary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)- Help create and manage new best practices and projects throughout the company such as sustainability, certifications, campaigns, social media, contests and awards. Must be able to help moderate others as well as complete tasks from concept to completion quickly and efficiently. 

In addition- Some design, PR, and production work also expected 

Qualifications

About You: 


Must be passionate about maximizing every opportunity for the company’s growth. Evaluate, recommend, and implement improved marketing department processes and innovative marketing techniques to enhance customer experiences, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency. 

Technical / Skills: 

• Microsoft Office- Strong Excel skills (Powerpoint/Word) 
• Adobe CS6 or CC- Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign 
• Google Analytic Experience- Define comprehensive measurement strategies for the company, inclusive of timely and comprehensive reporting and dashboards with an objective to evaluate marketing performance, drive valuable insights, and provide recommendations for optimization 
• Customer/ Email Management experience (maintaining multiple lists) 
Vertical Response & MailChimp (Currently used) experience a LARGE PLUS 

To help with on-going marketing initiatives the following are also important (as a plus): 
• Mobile App design and development 
• Social media experience 
• Trademark experience 
• Sustainable Green Printing and other sustainability certification experience 
• Writing skills 
• Photography skills 

Professional Skills: 

• Extremely organized 
• Self-motivated and proactive 
• Problem solving skills 
• Research skills 
• Must have excellent communication skills (communicate with all levels of the organization as well as vendors and clients) 
• Versatility - must be willing to assist on any and all aspects of project from concept to creation 
• Willingness to learn new skills and stay up to date with new technologies 

**Pay: Based on Experience (at least 3 years industry experience required) 401K and benefit options.**
