Title: Mid-Weight Digital Designer
Position: Permanent
Location: Hybrid or remote in UK (with Monthly travel to central London Office)
A Day In The Life…
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Mid-Weight Digital Designer with an Ecommerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing background and exceptional graphic design abilities to join our small but highly ambitious in-house design team. Reporting to the Head of Design and working closely with Senior Designers, your primary focus will be creating performance-driven marketing assets across key digital channels, including emails, product page assets, Amazon store content, and image ads for paid media to positively impact conversion and customer retention metrics.
You will design new assets and refine existing ones, ensuring they drive engagement, conversion, retention and revenue. Additionally, you will have artworking responsibilities, rolling out designs across multiple products, geos, and offer variations to support our growth.
In addition, we are undergoing a full rebrand, meaning all existing assets will need to be redesigned and elevated to align with our new brand identity. This will include reworking email templates, product page visuals, Amazon content, and ad creatives to ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, high-growth brand where you’ll see the direct impact of your work. We move fast, so being adaptable, proactive, and ready to support the team is essential. If that sounds like you, we’d love you to join our pack!
