About the role
We are looking for a Paid Social Assistant to join the Paid Social team. Reporting into the Assistant Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for supporting on day-to-day management of our Paid Social campaigns. This role would suit someone with an interest in digital marketing, who is looking to develop their career specifically in Paid Social, in a fast paced and growing business.
What you will be doing:
- Create video and graphic based ads including copywriting, ensuring assets are localised
- Plan, implement, optimise, and manage paid social campaigns for various international countries across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest
- Conceptualise, build and implement new audience segments across multiple platforms
- Work with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest Ads Managers
- Manage Paid Social accounts profitably and within agreed budgets
- Work with wider teams to source data optimised social-first assets
- Constantly achieve agreed KPIs
- Perform regular account analysis to identify opportunities to drive performance further
- Work with the Assistant Paid Social Manager to ensure all paid social activity falls in line with the wider paid social strategy and business focus
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly campaign reports & analysis
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis & reporting
- Ensure all deadlines are achieved
- Be an effective team player within the Paid Social team and wider business
- Proactively contribute to meetings and be able to manage relationships across internal teams and external suppliers
We’re looking for a Paid Social Assistant who has excellent communication skills when working within the immediate team, the wider Digital / Marketing team and when working externally with suppliers. Strong analytical and creative skills are key to this role and will be required with most tasks.

- Passion for Paid Social, social media trends and fashion industry
- Idea contributions to wider strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye
- Effective communicator
- Strong numerical, reporting and analytical skills
- Desire to learn & become a specialist in Paid Social
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
