Our Paid Social Media Manager is the manager of all things paid social. This role reports to our Head of Performance & Retention Marketing and is responsible for driving results across social channels while nurturing community relations. With a customer success mindset, you’ll understand the social media landscape and each channel’s evolving dialogue. You’ll manage A/B creative testing, audience segmentation and execution, and social platform ecommerce integrations.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others as necessary
  • Deliver engagement and conversion results against company KPIs for each channel
  • Manage paid social audience segmentation strategy and optimizations
  • Manage A/B creative testing across all paid social platforms
  • Respond to community-written comments, questions and inquiries as needed 
  • Understanding products by brand, and being able to inform and educate users on product-related questions  
  • Comfortable and experienced in posting content across apps, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.  
  • Work collaboratively with fellow social team members, influencer teams, production, creative and paid to provide users with best-in-class content  
  • Create weekly and monthly customer insight reports, providing internal stakeholders with product feedback, top user inquiries and additional information pertaining to brand or business matters  

Experience and Qualifications:  

  • 4+  years' experience within the social media setting  
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or communications 
  • Creative and innovative thinker  
  • Ability to recognize different needs based on different social platforms 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
