As the paid social media manager, you will be responsible for leading our paid marketing strategies to acquire candidates across the UK and US.  You will play a critical role in driving growth for Breakroom using Meta, Tiktok, Youtube and other social channels as we start to scale. 

Your efforts will directly impact continuing growth in the UK and scaling in the US as we attempt to be the number one job board worldwide.  

• Exercise independent judgment to manage budgets and strategy across social media marketing channels e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media.
• Work very closely with our in-house creative teams to iterate on our videos and messaging to make sure we’re driving conversions for the cheapest cost.
• Build and manage campaigns closely to ensure we’re achieving our target CPA
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Present campaigns results and growth opportunities to various stakeholders across Breakroom and ZipRecruiter
• Experience of running, bottom of funnel conversion campaigns
• Managing multi-million pound budgets
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
• Communicate regularly with Meta, Tiktok and Google reps
• Create media plans and spend forecasts
• Present creative feedback to help iterate on winning concepts
  
• Ability to work from London office (Liverpool Street/Spitafields) Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  

• 5+ experience working in paid social media marketing
• Deep understanding of social media advertising dynamics including auction pricing, CPAs, CTRs, CPC, CPMs etc.  
• Extensive experience with managing multiple ad manager accounts within different global territories (ideally including the USA)
• Experience working with conversion pixel 
• Comfortable providing analytical feedback to the marketing team and wider business on a daily basis

• Paid social media experience for mass market consumer products
• Experience of managing lead generation campaign
