We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Performance Marketing & Lead Nurturing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be a key driver of multiple performance marketing initiatives, including our paid advertising and lead nurturing efforts, while also helping to coordinate team workflows and ensuring project success.

Your Responsibilities:
- Strategically design and execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns, encompassing multi-channel strategies, targeted content creation, and personalized lead nurturing flows.
- Leverage CRM data and automation tools to enhance lead nurturing processes, personalize communications, and drive lead conversion.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
- Manage and optimise performance marketing including website conversions, webinars, and other channels.
- Help coordinate marketing team workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Act as a central point of communication and collaboration for the marketing team.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Create high quality content, including video sales letters, and other engaging materials.
- Improve conversion funnels, and user journeys.

What You Need:

- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing and lead nurturing.

- A highly motivated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

- Strong content creation skills, driven by a passion for creating engaging and high-performing marketing materials.

- Expert-level knowledge of lead nurturing strategies and tactics.

- Proven track record of creating high-converting campaigns.

- Strong skills in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads

- Excellent project coordination and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with CRM management, and lead nurturing automation.

- Experience improving webinar conversion rates.
