- You will be part of a friendly and collaborative team, made up of high-performing, hardworking motivated individuals.
- You will oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of paid media channels across our UK, US, AU and ROW campaigns and a variety of platforms including but not limited to: Google, Tiktok, Meta, and supporting on aspects of affiliate marketing.
- You will be responsible for supporting the development of a comprehensive paid media marketing strategy that aligns with Antler’s brand goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, reach and profitable sales (EBIT) and revenue.
Day to Day Responsibilities
We’re fast-paced and opportunistic, meaning we’re agile and comfortable in an entrepreneurial setting, where no two days are ever the same. But these are the things that will be core to your role and will keep you busy.
Agency Management: lead, challenge, and optimise our agency partnerships to maximise impact and scale success.
- Relationship Building – Forge a strategic, results-driven relationship with our global paid media agency and ensure their strategies align with our business goals by channel and market.
- Paid Media Activity - Oversee campaign optimisation and automation in partnership with the agency and make sure there is continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and innovation.
- Testing - Oversee the testing roadmap, designing and running A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies. Use insights from testing to continuously optimise and scale campaigns.
- Admin & Reporting - Join weekly agency calls, lead monthly check-ins, and run quarterly QBRs to track performance and drive results.
In-House Responsibilities: Keep things running smoothly, stay ahead of the game, and make every campaign count.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Always look for new ways to improve campaign results and leverage emerging technologies.
- Marketing Calendar & Roadmap – Manage the paid media calendar and roadmap, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and aligned with business priorities.
- Creative Coordination – Be the bridge between the agency and the creative team. Handle campaign briefs, manage Trello requests, and ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and visuals are delivered on time, on-brand, and platform-ready. Work closely with both teams to develop a best-in-class creative approach across all paid media channels.
- Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key platform partners like Meta, Google, and TikTok to stay ahead of changes and opportunities.
- Support the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns across the UK, US, and AU.
Reporting & Tech Stack: Turn data into decisions and insights into impact
- Campaign Insights – Regularly review performance across all platforms, using data to spot trends, wins, and areas to improve. Key metrics: ROI, CPA, CPC, ROAS, and CLV.
- Performance Reporting – Create clear, insightful reports on campaign results, trends, and recommendations. Present findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Media Mix Modelling – Understand MMM (Media Mix Modelling) and use insights to shape an actionable strategy across channels.

The Requirements: Drive results, make data work, and scale paid media performance
It’s all about compatibility. These are the things you’ll need to thrive in the role at Antler.
- Paid Media Experience – 3+ years managing PPC and paid social campaigns end-to-end, from planning to optimisation and reporting. Experience in B2C retail is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset – Naturally curious and data-driven, with the ability to interpret insights and turn them into actionable strategies.
- Commercial Awareness – Strong understanding of how paid media investment drives key business objectives and overall growth.
- Collaboration Skills – Comfortable working across multiple marketing disciplines and stakeholders to support business priorities.
- Clear Communicator – Able to translate complex data into a compelling, easy-to-understand story that improves decision-making.
- Budget Management – Experience handling large paid media budgets, ensuring spend is optimised for maximum impact.
