Here is your opportunity to join the team of the international fashion brand Nanushka International Zrt. as Performance Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for Paid Media in terms of channel mix, budget allocation & phasing
- Core channels are PPC, Paid Social & Affiliate with opportunity to explore display & content partnerships where appropriate
- Feed into global and local campaign planning around collection launches, markdown periods, and other brand moments through the year
- Manage multiple external agencies and communicate Nanushkaβs yearly goals and strategy to ensure our brand is represented in line with our core principles
- Deploy and create successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, as well as report on performance and ROI on a weekly, monthly and post campaign basis
- Manage briefs and work closely with our creative team to create engaging assets to support campaigns across all relevant platforms
- Contribute towards growing CRM & organic community as well as leveraging customer data & insight
- Oversee the Performance Marketing budget and invoicing process, working closely with vendors and finance team
- Liaise with data analysts to provide performance forecasts & support with analysis pieces
- Discover newness and stay up-to-date with digital technology and industry trends
- Identify and flag opportunities for new channel/partner growth
- Report into Marketing Director and working collaboratively with the whole marketing & trade teams
Must Have Requirements
- Have proven experience in performance marketing, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the sector
- Experience running PPC (Google & Microsoft), Paid Social (Meta required plus TikTok experience preferred), and affiliates. Display/YT experience a plus
- Proficient in using key interfaces incl GA4
- Understanding of relationship between paid and organic activities
- Have a sensibility towards the Fashion and Luxury sector
- Ability to identify and track relevant metrics β core understanding of website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Highly organised and driven with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills β written and oral
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and across a team
- Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
