What you will do

We are looking for an astute, determined professional to a fill a Marketing Manager position within the PGIM Private Capital Marketing team. The incumbent will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will partner with key stakeholders and control functions to align Marketing efforts with business strategy.

What you can expect

  • Support and lead the development of content and maintain and coordinate appropriate content across our website properties.
  • Use reporting to propose, by channel, user-funnel optimizations and actionable insights across the websites that will be useful both to marketing leadership and day-to-day stakeholders.
  • Showcase your success through collaboration, ownership, and innovation.
  • Help activate key messages across high-impact marketing vehicles (website, social, conferences / events, PR, and case studies (both written and video).
  • Coordinate messaging efforts for PGIM Private Capital to build our brand awareness and reputation with key stakeholders.
  • Manage an array of strategic projects, possess influential and expert communication, while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude, and consultative approach.
  • Have significant impact as a driven marketer in a dynamic and fast-moving organization.
  • Think outside the box and partner with the team to deliver high impact, innovative solutions

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of years of relevant marketing experience ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams) as well as social platforms such as LinkedIn and Website performance using Google Analytics.
  • Creative visual thinker that leverages all available resources (marketing team, PGIM center marketing, and Prudential Brand +Advertising Center of Excellence).
  • Proven ability to present marketing best practices and marketing results concisely to explain marketing results in a simplified way.
  • Familiarity with marketing assets such as social, public relations, and conferences.
  • Superb project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills that leverage both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Collaborative self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

What will set you apart:

  • Strong critical reasoning complemented by decisive and expedient change management skills.
  • Salesforce / Marketing Cloud experience preferred, including:
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Dataroma
  • Experience managing Journey Builder campaigns
  • Salesforce reporting and data management
  • Campaign Management experience including email, paid social, and the web.
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate across various internal teams and external partners and contractors.
  • Experience in Financial Services desired though not a requirement.
  • Willing to travel as needed.

Salary Disclosure

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,000-$135,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
