Your Mission 

As a Product Marketing Designer at Tracer, you'll drive measurable business impact through design. You'll shape how we communicate complex technical solutions to enterprise B2B prospects, focusing on new client acquisition, driving engagement, and uplifting conversion with your designs. If you're metrics-driven and eager to drive growth, we'd love to talk!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business using your design skills and commercial acumen to optimise conversion in enterprise-level prospect journeys and contribute to revenue growth

  • Work closely with the founders to develop engaging UX/UI, white papers, presentations, videos, and product or sales materials

  • Design creative assets with impact and translate complex biotech and AI concepts into intuitive, high-conversion designs that drive business outcomes

  • Build a lean design system and brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a Product, Graphic, or Marketing Designer

  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven design approach

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives

  • Self-driven with strong prioritisation skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

  • Proficient in Figma or willingness to learn quickly

Bonus Points

  • Design experience across all domains - brand, product, sales, marketing

  • Experience in motion design and video production

  • Worked in an early-stage startup before
