Marketing Manager – Hawksmoor Chicago
Are you a dynamic, driven marketer with a passion for hospitality? Hawksmoor, one of the world's best steak restaurants and a proud B Corp, is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and local engagement for our Chicago restaurant.
About the Role
Based in the Chicago metro area, you’ll work closely with our London-based marketing team to ensure Hawksmoor is a well-known and highly regarded brand in the city. You'll develop and execute omnichannel campaigns, forge strong partnerships, and champion the Hawksmoor experience at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
- Local Marketing & Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and industry contacts to increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by continuously analyzing local market trends and opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Support and lead marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in collaboration with the Chicago General Manager and central marketing team.
- Public Relations & Influencer Engagement: Work with PR partners and media contacts to ensure high-impact local coverage and events.
- Event Management: Organize key business showcases, influencer events, and external partnerships that elevate the Hawksmoor brand in the local market.
- Digital & Traditional Marketing: Ensure all listings, guides, and digital platforms are up to date and optimized to maximize visibility and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for hospitality marketing and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to engage a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- A true team player who fosters great relationships with colleagues, partners, and guests.
- Flexibility to travel for meetings and events when needed.
