We are recruiting a motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing fitness brand with multiple locations. This role is sales-driven with a strong focus on corporate outreach, lead generation, and member retention, while also supporting on marketing initiatives including copywriting, newsletters, social media, and content creation.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth, developing partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility. You will also execute targeted marketing campaigns, help manage local partnerships, and support sales activations through both in-studio and community events.
● Salary: £30 - 35,000 base + £10-20,000 OTE
● Incentive/Commission: Yes - great commission opportunity.
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
● Leave: 25 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

The Role...
Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive corporate sales, identifying and securing partnerships with local businesses for corporate wellness programs and bulk membership deals.
- Track and manage membership growth at both studio and brand level, analysing trends and providing insights to inform marketing efforts.
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and community engagement.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members, managing CRM systems and ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets.
- Develop client retention strategies to increase member engagement and reduce churn.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop and execute localised marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Write engaging copy for newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Help manage social media content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
- Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials to support campaigns and events.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
Community Engagement & Event Activations
- Help plan and execute wellness days, pop-up events, and local partnerships to drive awareness and sales.
- Represent the brand at networking events, and community activations to enhance visibility and attract new members.
- Work closely with corporate partners and local influencers to develop joint marketing initiatives.
Customer Service & Member Retention
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members, providing excellent service and engagement.
- Address member inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Support loyalty programs, special offers, and community initiatives to encourage long-term membership.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track key sales and marketing KPIs, including lead conversion rates, event attendance, and campaign performance.
- Use data insights to refine sales strategies and marketing approaches for continued growth.
The Person
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally within fitness, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and members.
- A sales-driven mindset, comfortable working towards and exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media management.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate sales, outreach, or partnership development.
- Understanding of local marketing strategies and community engagement.
- Basic graphic design, content creation, or copywriting skills.
