We are seeking a rock star Growth Intern to generate qualified leads for on-demand service companies such as Lyft and Instacart. We are looking for a hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get his or her hands dirty.
You will have a chance to work directly with our founding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the on-demand economy and tech startups in general. Prior experience in sales/marketing is a huge plus.
You will be compensated through commissions directly tied to the amount of converted leads that you generate. Our current 8-week plan calls for a minimum of $7,500 in individual commissions with uncapped potential earnings.
The Team
You'll work with a rockstar founding team that's just getting started building a product to help on-demand companies source contractors. We've raised capital from some of the top angel investors in New York and now want to use it to grow as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities include:
-Executing a targeted recruitment plan to sign up contractors for on-demand services like Instacart and Postmates.
-Identifying key prospecting opportunities and developing an engagement strategy for them
-Helping to build an overall growth strategy.
Requirements:
-Commitment of at least 25 working hours per week
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work independently and sustain a high level of self-motivation
-Currently pursuing undergraduate degree or full-time role in sales and/or marketing (preferred)
