Assist in implementing the overall global commercial strategy for the business, across marketing, support and enablement and technology
Collate, prioritise and implement support requests from growth leaders
Develop and own strategies to automate growth administration tasks, including client onboarding, diligence, RFP response generation; work cross-functionally to do so
Orchestrate key organisational processes that support, and enable visibility into, growth channels by developing and owning functional reporting
Define external representation of the firm across various media channels, in collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional leaders; maintain these channels as required
As required, build and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to support the commercial objectives of the firm
Define and own a pipeline of growth initiatives with support from the Chief Commercial Officer; own various initiatives end-to-end
Implement continuous improvement strategies for internal processes
REQUIREMENTS
Professional degree in marketing or business is preferred
Proven experience in a professional services environment, preferably in the legal, fiduciary or financial services sector is an advantage
Proven experience with media and marketing is an advantage
Demonstrated examples of collaboration, project management and strong commercial acumen
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Languages: Fluency in English, any other language an advantage
