RESPONSIBILITIES

Ā 

  • Assist in implementing the overall global commercial strategy for the business, across marketing, support and enablement and technology
  • Collate, prioritise and implement support requests from growth leaders
  • Develop and own strategies to automate growth administration tasks, including client onboarding, diligence, RFP response generation; work cross-functionally to do so
  • Orchestrate key organisational processes that support, and enable visibility into, growth channels by developing and owning functional reporting
  • Define external representation of the firm across various media channels, in collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional leaders; maintain these channels as required
  • As required, build and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to support the commercial objectives of the firm
  • Define and own a pipeline of growth initiatives with support from the Chief Commercial Officer; own various initiatives end-to-end
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies for internal processes


REQUIREMENTS


  • Professional degree in marketing or business is preferred
  • Proven experience in a professional services environment, preferably in the legal, fiduciary or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Proven experience with media and marketing is an advantage
  • Demonstrated examples of collaboration, project management and strong commercial acumen
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Languages: Fluency in English, any other language an advantage
  • Personality: highly pro-active, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, independent, versatile, flexible and pragmatic approach, team-player, solution focused individual
