What is unique about this role?

The Sales and Marketing Support Consultant is responsible for Sales outreach, lead generation, marketing coordination and collaboration between Sales and Marketing teams.

 

What will this person do?

  • Lead Generation: Partner with marketing and direct sellers to proactively identify and generate leads through outbound outreach via various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile. Gather relevant information to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking and following up on leads, maintaining accurate records, and updating the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Success, Germany stakeholders and Marketing.

  • BA or BS degree required 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is a plus but certainly not required
  • Experience supporting a sales team is a plus but certainly not required
  • Experience in a fast paced and complex business environment
  • Proven Marketing or Sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

 

The expected pay for this role will be £40,000 per year.  This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program. 

 

Work location can be a home address or Lighthouse’s London office, or a combination of the two, as preferred. There will be an expectation to attend some meetings, internal and external, in person. Some international travel may be required.

 

The role will report to the Director of Sales Support, EMEA, in the UK.
