JOB OVERVIEW

We have a great opportunity for a candidate who has in-depth knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Having recently moved to the platform, this role will develop and drive how it is used by the wider Marketing team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, preferably in fashion.
  • 2+ years of building both complex journeys and trigger sends from A to Z using SQL and all types of automations within Marketing Cloud.
  • SQL expertise- able to write and test SQL quickly and effectively.
  • Confidence in reviewing & critiquing the SFMC architecture.
  • 2 years’ experience in HTML coding, to build new templates for emails. Also able to quickly modify existing HTML email templates.
  • The ability to scope, assess, and develop our reactive requests using the existing framework.
  • An understanding of the tech stack of how marketing cloud interacts with service cloud/equivalent + commerce cloud/equivalent.
  • Expertise in all Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder and especially in Automation Studio and Contact Builder.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution
  • Strong experience in ensuring data integrity, able to clean data and manage day-to-day housekeeping. Able to modify and create new columns in our master data as per needs arise.
  • Experience in advanced segmentation techniques, keeping up to date with new SFMC tool launches
  • The ability to create complex reports on SFMC that are not out-of-the-box
  • The ability to code AMP script is essential too.
