Title:Senior Account Manager, Client Services

Location:WPP Campus, Manchester 

Reporting to:Associate Director, Client Services

Role Overview  

The Senior Account Manager, Client Services is a key member of the Regional Nexus Media Solutions team. They will work in collaboration with the regional team Account Manager and Associate Director to service the agencies and complete internal projects. They will develop their accounts and drive business growth on a defined patch, working across briefs for all Nexus Media Solutions and ensuring best practice campaign design and overall delivery of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities 

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understanding of the media landscape including experience of strategic decision making re: campaign planning with senior agency planners and independent clients

• Ability to work independently with limited input once objectives have been set
• Articulate and strong communicator
• Strong relationship building skills
• Personable with capacity to communicate clearly and be assertive with internal and external parties
• Excel & PowerPoint
• Attention to detail
• Strong sense of initiative and personal ownership
• Dedicated to attaining team and personal goals
• Focused but able to maintain perspective

Requirements /  

The ideal candidate is a commercially focused, seasoned client services expert who has:

• Strong knowledge of current media landscape
• Account management or agency experience
• Proven track record in establishing high levels of client satisfaction
• Ability to develop and maintain long standing valuable relationships
• Experience of managing campaigns to meet KPIs
• Proficient at sales pipeline admin
• Awareness of application of data as a way to access a brand’s audience
