Position Overview
The Sr. Manager / Director of Marketing for the Home Division will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, product launches, and consumer engagement across digital channels. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience working with celebrity-led brands and prominent media figures, balancing brand storytelling with data-driven marketing strategies. A passion for home, culinary, and media industries is essential to connect authentically with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Marketing: Develop and oversee marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support business goals in collaboration with internal and external partners.
· Creative Brief Development: Craft clear and insightful creative briefs to guide content and communications development, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
· Amazon Brand Store & Digital Retail Coordination: Support the optimization, updates, and launches of Amazon Brand Stores and other e-commerce platforms, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
· Social & Email Strategy: Develop and guide strategic plans for social media and email marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Work with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns that align with brand objectives.
· New Product Launches: Lead GTM marketing strategies for product and category launches, ensuring seamless execution across digital channels.
· Marketing Calendar Management: Maintain and oversee the integrated marketing calendar, ensuring coordinated communication and promotional alignment across all channels.
· Analytics & Performance Reporting: Analyze marketing campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
· Partnership & Content Collaboration: Support marketing partnerships by managing content creation, approvals, and recaps to ensure brand-aligned storytelling.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within brand management or the home/lifestyle sector.
· Experience working with founder-led brands and high-profile media personalities, understanding the nuances of storytelling and audience engagement.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content and engagement strategies.
· Experience in branding applications, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a highly collaborative approach.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email platforms, and analytics software.
· Passion for home, culinary, and media industries, with a keen eye for brand storytelling and digital trends.

Salary $100,000-$125,000 + bonus
