An exciting new 12 month Fixed-Term Contract or Secondment Senior Manager role supporting the Digital Markets Infrastructure (DMI) team has become available for a hands-on, curious thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a strong team dynamic. B2B experience within Financial Services and Capital Markets is preferred.

Role summary 

This role will work alongside the Head of Digital Asset Solutions, DMI and Director of Marketing, Digital and Securities Markets to lead the delivery and execution of the DMI brand, positioning and go-to market plan for the launch of their first product. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Lead planning and strategy for DMI marketing, communications, branding, message proposition, creative development and launch of Private Funds solution. 

  • Accountable for deploying strategic direction and ensuring the coordination of all marketing activities (crafting strategic marketing campaigns, creating opportunities to target key audiences ensuring the customer is the priority in our planning, thinking, product launches, large and multifaceted events, SEO implementation and more) across the function to deliver marketing metrics and impactful activities 

  • Develop and deliver a customer-first, data-informed, marketing strategy, conducting competitor analysis and establishing tactical plans that supports core business objectives and ties to key market themes, customer needs and commercial objectives 

  • Working with our external partners to deliver a consistent message and planned activities throughout the year 

  • Use agreed processes and systems and where relevant, help to introduce improvements to assist the business needs and achieve better customer outcomes 

  • Ensure each marketing initiative/ campaign has data-driven, measurable critical metrics to ensure success and enable campaign optimisation. Embraces a test and learn approach to optimisation 

  • Confident to present results and insights to senor business partners, demonstrating findings that make valuable contributions and showcase the expertise of the marketing function 

  • Work with the cross-division teams to influence and support marketing programs and new product launches and update webpages in line with the SEO strategy, and develop a smoother customer user friendly experience 

  • Promote marketing standard operating process and encourage greater interaction/dialogue between the business, Sales and Central Marketing teams 

  • Working with and supporting the wider marketing team, agencies and suppliers to ensure the detailed and timely execution of marketing campaigns and content development 

  • Work with partners to help define client demographics and implement effective segmented campaigns to drive engagement within the product lines 

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance or related fields 

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment 

  • Validated experience that demonstrates effective influencing of both business and marketing partners 

  • Experience in owning, leading and optimising a marketing budget 

  • Basic understanding of Capital Markets, Digital Assets and competitor landscape
