Job Description

Location: Open to London or Manchester                                                                                                  Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: December 31, 2025
Work set up: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the London or Manchester office)

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, with expertise in collaborating with Product, Services, and Commercial teams within the B2B tech sector. The ideal candidate will excel at translating technical solutions into compelling value propositions, sales enablement collateral, and website copy. This role requires experience working across multiple solutions or service propositions, and ideally experience navigating change, such as during mergers and acquisitions.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with cross-sell and GTM workstreams to align marketing, sales, and product efforts.
  • Support cross-sell initiatives, including the development of webinars, campaigns, and content to integrate the offerings of two new acquisitions.
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials, such as battlecards, objection-handling guides, slide decks, and information sheets.
  • Set out best practice guidance and templates for these.
  • Conduct competitor research and client insight analysis to validate positioning and enhance its go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner with external agencies to develop a new over-arching go-to-market messaging, branding, and value proposition.
  • Establish and document best practices for integrating product marketing strategies in future acquisitions.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales teams to refine messaging and product positioning based on customer insights.
  • Lead the creation of client case studies and success stories to highlight expanded capabilities and market differentiation.
  • Propose cross-regional collaboration strategies for marketing consistency across Nordic and UK markets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within IT services or Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong ability to develop GTM strategies and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in creating compelling sales enablement tools and materials.
  • Demonstrated experience in competitive analysis and customer insights.
  • Prior involvement in M&A integration projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
