What we are looking for: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sr. Director to lead our marketing and business development efforts for leasing and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, developing and executing strategic marketing plans and partnering closely with sales professionals, clients and key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market. This role will work closely with brokerage professionals and clients to develop pitches, presentations and campaigns for new business efforts, property marketing and sales. In addition, this leader will director and oversee the marketing needs for the Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit and Milwaukee offices through close collaboration with the market leader, marcoms leadership, operations, PR, research and technology teams.

 



Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a marketing team to provide white glove support to advisors
  • Be a trusted partner with matrix partners including the market leader, global marcoms leadership, operations, research and technology teams to ensure the right resources are used for the right opportunities
  • Form strategic partnership with advisors in helping them win new business
  • Identify target markets and tailor lead gen initiatives for the office and advisory teams
  • Partner to create and deliver high-quality, customized presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition
  • Provide client-facing support on business development opportunities
  • Utilize the martech stack and offshore team to effectively allocate talent and resources, manage workflow and ensure the teams are driving towards a cohesive vision
  • Stay ahead and informed on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative techniques to continuously improve growth
  • Partner with local, regional and national teams to drive core business development and property marketing needs across leasing and sales
  • Create a team environment that empowers and encourages creativity, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement, including professional mentorship, coaching and development of team members


Qualifications

 

Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $155,000 annually.  The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.  In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
