At Arbor, we’re on a mission to transform the way schools work for the better.
You’ve probably seen the headlines. Heavy workloads, constant change, admin pressure on teachers and staff at every level… sometimes it feels like this is just part and parcel of school life today. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
We passionately believe that there’s a better way to work. And it starts by giving everyone the right tools and technology for the job.
We’re building a platform and products we believe in - as well as a strong, diverse team of experienced specialists, ex-teachers and Edtech engineers passionate about making a difference to the sector.
Ultimately, we’re here to help make our schools and trusts stress a little less, and focus on what matters most - improving the lives of teachers and outcomes of students everywhere.
We are looking for a creative and highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to join our Schools Marketing team and help us broaden and deepen our impact by attracting new customers, retaining and renewing our existing customer base and cross-selling other products in our School Management Suite. The core remit of the role is to generate new business leads and support our Sales teams to convert them through channels such as email, direct mail, partner co-marketing, webinars and events. It’s a fast-paced and exciting role in a high-performing and collaborative team.
Core responsibilitiesThe chance to work alongside a team of hard-working, passionate people in a role where you’ll see the impact of your work everyday. We also offer:
Intro call: We’ll invite you to a 30 minute call with one of our Talent Manager, to learn more about the role, ask questions, and tell us about you.
First Stage Interview: If we think you’re a good fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a technical, skills based interview with Beth, our Schools Marketing Lead. The interview will involve a writing task and a series of questions to help us understand your marketing experience and skill set. It should last 90 minutes, and will give you an opportunity to meet with the wider marketing team.
Second Stage Interview: Finally, we’ll invite you to a Values based interview with Harriet, our Chief Marketing Officer. We’ll ask you to complete a task at home ahead of time, then ask you to present it in this session. We’ll also ask you questions based on our company values. This final interview lasts 60 minutes, and there will be plenty of time for you to ask questions throughout the process.
We are committed to a fair and comfortable recruitment process, so if you require any reasonable adjustments during your application or interview process, please reach out to a member of the team at careers@arbor-education.com.
Our commitment is also backed by our partnership with Neurodiversity Consultancy, Lexxic who provide us with training, support and advice.
