What we are looking for:
We are looking for a senior B2B media manager to join our growing EMEA media campaign delivery team. You will activate, execute and deliver complex and large-scale media campaigns for TMP's clients. You’ll lead internal and external teams to drive production to deadlines, ensuring all materials are collated and provided, completing campaigns on time and within scope. You’ll be accountable for ensuring reporting is on brief and fit for purpose, working with our planning and client services teams to provide essential data to optimize our work and provide genuine insight. You’ll proactively unblock delivery challenges, providing a smooth experience for our clients and teams and finding efficiencies to deliver more profitably
What you will do:
Client management & leadership:
Across a series of Media accounts, you will:
- Proactively lead clients through the delivery of campaigns - developing a deep understanding of clients' needs and how best to deliver for them
- Communicate delivery plans, deadlines and actions to clients
- Co-ordinate and collect client campaign deliverables
- Lead delivery focussed meetings, providing reporting including updates on the work, timelines and budgets, resolving any blockers or risks
- Proactively solve client delivery challenges
Supplier / publisher engagement:
Across a series of Media accounts, you will:
- Manage and co-ordinate supplier deliverables
- Track ongoing supplier Pos and costs against scope
- Proactively solve supplier delivery challenges
Activation:
Across a series of Media accounts, you will:
- Organise media campaign kick offs
- Move Media plans into project plans
- Assign campaign responsibilities and deadlines to internal team
- Brief internal and external teams/suppliers to go live
- Onboard clients to relevant platforms
Commercials /financial management:
- Financial forecasting of campaigns
- Responsible for client invoicing
- Ongoing budget management, tracking and financial reporting
Campaign management / delivery:
Across a series of Media accounts, you will:
- Be responsible for campaign pacing
- Be responsible for supplier pacing and management
- Provide internal status updates
- Proactively communicate and drive actions to remain on track to plan
Reporting:
- Co-ordinating monthly and quarterly reports
- Ensuring reports are delivered to clients on brief on time
Insight:
- Bring innovation to our Media workflow helping to improve the process and the experience our clients have
- Actively help inform and develop the tools and process to find efficiencies in time and cost
Mentorship:
- Delegate tasks to more junior members of the team where appropriate
- Provide feedback, coaching and mentorship in the delivery of the work
- Support the onboarding and training of new hires

What you will need:
- Previous experience of managing delivery of both online and offline Media campaigns at scale
- Agency or client-side Media experience a must with knowledge of key channels
- Experience within the B2B space
- Demonstrable experience of campaign set up and reporting
- Proficient with IT including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of campaign/project management tools and processes
- Experience of financial management, tracking and reporting
