Job Description

One of our B-Corp allies - an award winning multi-disciplinary design consultancy are looking for a Senior Account/ Project Manager to join their brand new London studio.

This consultancy work globally, planning and designing information systems, specialising in wayfinding/signage, digital applications and design systems for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Joining as a Senior Account/ Project Manager, you will be responsible for …

• ensuring projects are delivered  on time and on budget
•  managing client relationships, growing  accounts and reporting of financial a commercial opportunities to the wider business.
• Build and develop scope opportunities with your client contacts
• Financial reporting of your accounts and projects
•  Organise and maintain project dashboards
•  Leading internal check-ins with the project lead to review resource needs and forecast
• Assist the Business Development team in the development of proposals and presentations
• Reporting to the Commercial Director, forecast revenue and identify any additional commercial opportunities as needed

To be successful this role you’ll need extensive experience ( ideally from a design consultancy!) as an Account/Project Manager. You’ll need to be familiar with wayfinding systems and processes.
