We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end marketing projects across several key accounts. In this role, you will develop execution plans, oversee project timelines and budgets, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Workflow/Timeline Management 

  • Develop comprehensive execution plans and project timelines from brief development to asset delivery. 
  • Drive and update project timelines, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams. 
  • Manage workflow by establishing clear objectives, prioritizing projects, and maintaining stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Provide regular updates, including meeting recaps, weekly status reports, and risk assessments. 

Operations 

  • Serve as a resource for internal teams regarding project information and client execution items. 
  • Ensure compliance with agency internal templates and operational standards. 
  • Oversee timely opening of job codes and track project progress. 

Resourcing and Talent 

  • Collaborate with Resource Management to address resourcing needs and potential conflicts. 
  • Understand team talents and skill sets to support project staffing and scheduling. 
  • Assist in securing backfills and maintaining workflow consistency. 

Financial Management 

  • Monitor project burn rates and recommend solutions to maintain margins. 
  • Oversee financial trends for designated accounts, proactively identifying and resolving issues. 
  • Contribute to client scope development, estimates, and revenue forecasts. 

Leadership 

  • Act as co-lead for assigned accounts, ensuring project planning, oversight, and execution. 
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and integrate feedback from various stakeholders into creative projects. 

Creative Collaboration 

  • Build relationships with the creative team, addressing requests and questions throughout the development process. 
  • Monitor logistics and timing associated with creative projects, proactively flagging issues. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a creative agency environment. 
  • Proven client-facing experience, with a track record of working with executive-level leadership in complex settings. 
  • Experience managing diverse client portfolios and leading accounts generating $3M+ in revenue. 
  • Demonstrated success in delivering integrated marketing campaigns and fast-track project-based work. 
  • Familiarity with scope development, staffing, and estimates. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Workamajig) preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different working styles. 
  • Exceptional time management abilities and understanding of inter-departmental project commitments.
