Our merged organisation

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven SEO Lead to take ownership of JustPark’s organic search strategy and website performance. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director, this role is crucial in driving sustained organic growth and ensuring our website is fully optimized for both search engines and user experience.
You’ll have full autonomy over our SEO strategy, from technical optimizations and content development to conversion rate improvements and site performance enhancements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep SEO expertise to make a tangible impact at a fast-scaling company.
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive high-intent traffic and improve rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and gap analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics, diagnose issues, and implement data-driven improvements.
Content Optimization & CRO
- Identify underperforming yet high-potential pages and implement strategies to improve their rankings and engagement.
- Build and scale content strategies to enhance JustPark’s visibility across all relevant parking-related keywords.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize content for improved conversion rates and user engagement.
- Manage link-building initiatives and collaborate with the PR team to strengthen JustPark’s domain authority.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends to ensure JustPark remains competitive in search visibility.
Website Management & Technical SEO
- Oversee the management of the key landing pages, ensuring pages are optimized, updated, and structured effectively.
- Enhance website performance by improving site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Lead the creation and optimization of high-converting landing pages to drive organic growth.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Amplitude to monitor trends, track website performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior to refine SEO strategies.
- Provide monthly performance reports, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations.
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO and website management experience, ideally in an ecommerce or marketplace environment.
- Strong expertise in web CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), including technical optimizations and content management.
- Deep understanding of Google’s EEAT principles (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust) and their impact on rankings.
- Proven knowledge of on-site SEO best practices, including internal linking, metadata optimization, and content structuring.
- A solid grasp of the wider digital marketing ecosystem (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Amplitude.
- Experience in running controlled SEO experiments and A/B testing to optimize user journeys.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A passion for SEO, staying ahead of industry trends, and applying innovative, search-first strategies.
- Knowledge of AI tools which can help automate key SEO workflows.
