Position Overview
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will lead our social-first strategy, driving growth, engagement, brand equity, and key metrics across relevant social platforms while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives, including email and SMS. This role requires a mix of creative storytelling, performance-driven execution, and collaboration on social commerce to turn engagement into measurable results, all while expanding the brand’s presence and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record on social media platforms, and demonstrate the ability to balance strategy, execution, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Leadership & Expertise
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, platform-specific social strategy to grow and nurture audiences, increase engagement, and convert followers into loyal customers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads, and emerging social channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and deliver visually compelling, on-brand, and engaging content tailored for social media, aligning with overall brand messaging and goals.
- Manage the day-to-day content calendar, including posting, scheduling, and active community management (comments, DMs, mentions, etc.), ensuring the brand’s voice is consistently present and aligned with overall goals of brand equity and follower growth.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand visibility, build brand equity, and drive shoppable content.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns, including briefing, coordination, and content performance tracking, ensuring influencer content complements brand positioning and contributes to overall brand growth.
- Ensure influencer-generated content integrates seamlessly into larger social storytelling efforts that reinforce the brand’s voice and narrative.
Data-Driven Performance Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs to assess performance, engagement, ROI, and growth in followers, ensuring efforts align with building long-term brand equity.
- Provide actionable insights to continuously optimize content, campaigns, and audience targeting to support the long-term growth of the brand’s presence and community.
- Stay agile with social platform trends, algorithms, and tools to test new strategies that enhance brand visibility and follower engagement, ensuring we stay ahead of competitors.
Cross-Functional Digital Marketing Support
- Contribute to email and SMS strategies, aligning messaging to social initiatives and maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with paid digital marketing efforts (e.g., paid social, display) to amplify campaigns and ensure optimal audience reach.
- Share performance findings and trends with internal teams to inform digital marketing decisions, product launches, and tactics for enhancing brand awareness and audience growth.
- Collaborate on the social commerce roadmap, helping to manage and optimize TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, and Facebook Shops to create seamless customer experiences, reinforcing the brand’s retail presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, with a proven record of driving audience growth, engagement, and social commerce success.
- Expertise in social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, and emerging tools.
- Hands-on experience managing social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, etc.) and driving measurable sales while contributing to the overall growth of brand equity.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and KPI reporting, with a focus on long-term brand-building metrics like follower growth and engagement rates.
- Strong understanding of influencer campaigns, from identification to performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and audience growth.
- Excellent creative instincts for content ideation, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and copywriting that builds brand presence.
- Experience aligning social strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives, including email and SMS, while ensuring the brand’s core values are consistently communicated.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + bonus
