This individual will lead brand strategy, innovation, and marketing execution to ensure that each brand resonates with its target audience while contributing to the overall success of the portfolio. This role requires a visionary marketer with a deep understanding of CPG dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. EDUCATION:
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
12+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years leading a team and managing a portfolio of brands. Strong background in CPG, with experience in consumer insights, product innovation, and marketing execution.
